The two sides conduct the field survey.

Both sides recognized the need for the work. They both agreed that the projects are essential to serve the defense friendship exchange among Vietnam, Laos, and China in 2025. The planned construction and road expansion will not only facilitate visitors’ access to the intersection point but also support border mobility, management, and protection efforts by Vietnam's relevant forces.

They agreed to complete the required procedures in 20 days from the signing of the minutes and submit a written report to the agency in charge of border affairs of each sides and then competent authorities for consideration. The results will be promptly updated through diplomatic channels.
