Under the joint training agreement between the Vietnam People's Army and the Royal Cambodian Army, the five Cambodian officers have completed the postgraduate training course with good results and feasible theses.
Addressing the event, VMA's Director Major General Hoang Van Minh congratulated the Cambodian students for their non-stop efforts to achieve the doctorates. He hoped that they would creatively apply their learnt knowledge into reality, making active contributions to building a more and more elite, regular and modern Royal Cambodian Army, as well as promoting the solidarity and traditional friendship between the two countries' armies and people.
On this occasion, the King and the Royal Government of Cambodia honoured 20 former leaders, commanders and lecturers of the academy with Friendship Orders.
