In the context, the exchange and enhanced mutual understanding between agencies, enterprises, and corporations of both sides have become increasingly important and urgent, especially in science and technology.
The leadership of Vietnam’s Ministry of National Defense has consistently supported agencies, enterprises, and corporations of the two countries to strengthen exchanges and explore opportunities for cooperation, contributing to bringing practical benefits to both sides, enhancing strategic trust, and promoting Vietnam-China bilateral defense relations in a more substantive and effective manner.

Expressing his satisfaction with the cooperation results between the Military Industry-Telecoms Group (Viettel) and Huawei and ZTE corporations, the Vietnamese defense leader said that there remains ample room for further cooperation, suggesting that Huawei and ZTE promote exchanges and research on new and effective cooperation models.
He also believed that the cooperation between Viettel and Huawei, and ZTE would continue to be strengthened in the time to come, on the basis of mutual respect, benefit, and a shared commitment to sustainable development in both Vietnam and China.
