A Dot Border Post visits and presents gifts to Lao unit
PANO - On the occasion of the the 49th National Day of the Lao People's Democratic Republic (December 2, 1975 - 2024), A Dot Border Post of the Thua Thien Hue provincial Border Guard Command collaborated with Lam Dot commune of A Luoi district to visit and extend congratulations to Border Protection Company 531, Ta Vang Police Station, and Ka Lo village of Laos’ Sekong province on November 29.

Units update each other on situation in border area |
At A Dot - Ta Vang Border Gate, representatives of A Dot Border Post and Lam Dot commune extended greetings and congratulations to officers, soldiers, and the people of Ka Lo village. Units and local authorities from both sides updated each other on recent developments in border areas and agreed to strengthen coordination in border management and protection and to support economic and social development for residents on both sides, contributing to building border area of peace, friendship, cooperation, and development.
As part of the program, the A Dot Border Post and Lam Dot commune presented six gift packages to the armed forces and residents of Ka Lo village. These gifts symbolize the special solidarity and friendship between Vietnam and Laos, contributing to the close bond between the armed forces and the people living along the shared borderline.
