During the event, the Lao delegates were briefed on the 65-year development of the Armored Corps; the history and traditions of Armored Brigade 201; the corps’ achievements in women's work and movements; innovative models and exemplary activities of the brigade’s servicewomen.

Speaking at the meeting, head of the Lao delegation thanked the corps and the brigade’s leaders for the warm reception. She hoped that women of the two militaries would continue to promote sharing of experience in conducting women’s work, thus enhancing the quality of the work in the future and meeting task requirements in the new period.

During the event, the delegation visited the brigade’s Hall of Fame, its production area, the miniature of a traditional Muong ethnic stilt house at Battalion 3, and observed the "support for training grounds" model by the unit’s servicewomen. They also had cultural exchanges, sports competitions, and experience-sharing activities on women's work with their peers from Brigade 201.

This significant activity contributed to enhancing the professional competence and skills of the brigade’s servicewomen, strengthening the traditional friendship, special solidarity, and comprehensive cooperation between the Ministry of National Defense of Vietnam and the Ministry of National Defense of Laos.
