On hearing reports on the preparation results, Gen. Therefore, each serviceman must show responsibility, be aware of their tasks, and exert all-out efforts to complete the assignments. They must also observe regulations in foreign affairs, ensure absolute safety in all aspects, contributing to tightening the solidarity and friendship among the three countries and spreading the good image of revolutionary servicemen and good virtues of Uncle Ho’s soldiers in the new period.
