The program brought together approximately 200 participants, including personnel from navies and air forces, as well as experts from Australia, Chile, Japan, the U.K., and the U.S. It focused on the four main activities of construction, health care, community exchange, and disaster relief.

Medical professionals conducted exchanges and training sessions at various hospitals and medical centres across Quang Ngai province, while engineers from the U.S. Navy and Air Force helped the locality renovate schools, provided humanitarian support and disaster training, and participated in community exchange activities.

Vice Chairman of the provincial People’s Committee Vo Phien described the program as an important and substantive event that helped enhance the cooperation, support and mutual support between Vietnam and the US, expressing his hope that the two sides will continue collaboration for peace and sustainable development.
