In particular, the category “Excellent Digital Technology Product for Foreign Markets” highlights digital technology products and services that meet international standards, are competitive, and help promote national capabilities to the world.
The Viettel Virtual Assistant platform satisfies the criteria of this category with flexible deployment capabilities in many countries with differences in language, culture, and service models. The product supports multiple languages such as English, Spanish, and Portuguese, and is effectively applied in consulting activities, customer care, support for fixed and mobile services, and connecting with enterprise management systems in each local market.
Currently, Viettel Virtual Assistant is being deployed in many international markets such as Peru, Mozambique, Tanzania, and Laos, performing an average of millions of calls per day. Thereby, it handles challenges in managing large volumes of customer requests and multilingual communication in limited information technology infrastructure environments, while providing 24/7 service at reasonable costs.
In Vietnam, Viettel Virtual Assistant is also widely applied in more than 20 organizations, state agencies, and large enterprises such as the Virtual Assistant for the People’s Court, the Virtual Assistant for the Ministry of Science and Technology, and the Virtual Assistant for civil servants of Bac Ninh province, to name but a few.
In its long-term strategy, Viettel AI identifies Viettel Virtual Assistant as one of the key solutions, contributing to bringing the “Make in Vietnam” AI product ecosystem deeper into the global technology value chain, affirming Vietnam’s technological capabilities in the international arena.
