Viettel provides telecom infrastructure for APEC 2017
PANO - The military-run telecom group Viettel has expeditiously completed the final installations of telecommunications facilities for the coming the APEC 2017 Economic Leaders' Week (AELW) from November 6-11 in Da Nang city.
Viettel has completed the installations of telecommunications facilities for the coming AELW.
Accordingly, Viettel is in charge of building broadband access infrastructure, and providing internet, television, mobile and landline telephone services, network and information-technology equipment and 4G SIM cards to all delegates.
In order to ensure smooth communications for the event, Viettel has built 44 cable lines with total length of approx. 100km. The system’s performance will be thoroughly checked before October 27.
Viettel’s Deputy-General Director Hoang Son affirmed that the company has assigned its most experienced staff and the latest equipment to serve the event.
