With smooth network connection, Viettel customers make calls at ease. |
According to Viettel, before, during and after the New Year’s Eve, its entire network has been maintained safely and run smoothly, even in crowded areas nationwide.
Calls and messages during Tet rose slightly against the same period last year. However, data usage has increased sharply. 4G speeds in crowded areas, especially in firework display areas at the Sword Lake in Hanoi, Thu Thiem Tunnel, and the Landmark 81 building in Ho Chi Minh City remained at 15-100Mbps on average.
Viettel’s on-duty technicians nationwide will continue to monitor, optimize, and improve the network quality to serve customers during the remaining days of the Tet festival and upcoming spring festivals.
