The group prepared technical solutions, personnel and equipment to solve unexpected issues and ensure the transmission quality.

Notably, it added 163 solutions to the service operation at 132 crowded places nationwide.

In addition, over 1,400 post offices and 827 retailers of Viettel Post operated throughout the three-day vacation to meet the demand of all customers. The post offices operated from 7.30 am to 9.00 pm while the retailers offered their service from 8.00 am to 8.00 pm in cities and from 7.30 am to 6.30 pm in towns.

Viettel recommended customers should heighten their vigilance, preventing bad people from sending spams by email or spreading viruses. Meanwhile, technical personnel of each mobile network was asked to set up a specific plan to ensure information security and to be ready to deal with any problems, contributing to meeting the requirements of communication of the Party and State agencies in case of emergency.

Here are some photos of Viettel's operation to ensure smooth communications during the National Day vacation.
