Viettel Academy’s educational center inaugurated
PANO - The Military Industry-Telecommunications Group (Viettel) has unveiled an education center at its Viettel Academy.
Different from other inauguration ceremonies, the event by Viettel offered the audience an experience of the academy’s establishment and development via an exhibition themed “Knowledge journey”. It included three stages namely “Beginning,” “Accumulation,” and “Ready to breakthrough.”
Accordingly, at the end of the “Accumulation” stage or by the end of 2017, the academy opened around 910 courses with over 400,000 students, held 2,100 examinations with over 1 million candidates, and had 2 million of arrivals via its online learning system – E-Learning Viettel.
In order to further improve its studying quality, especially in taking advantage of the fourth industrial revolution, Viettel Academy has invested in a number of modern facilities, including an advanced projection room.
As revealed, the educational center of Viettel Academy, designed by architect Vo Trong Nghia from VTN Architects, was notably honored among Top 12 in the “Education – Future Projects” category at the 2017 World Architecture Festival.
