PANO - Song Thu Corporation of the General Department of Defence Industry on February 15th launched its New Year 2016 emulation movement.

The corporation has so far overcome adversities to maintain its high growth rate, as well as fulfill all the set plans despite the global economy's ups and downs, becoming one of the country’s leading shipbuilders.

In 2016, it plans to promote the emulation drives to improve its capability in building and repairing ships, and effectively implement all projects so as to meet the nation’s shipbuilding requirements for the protection of national sovereignty over sea and islands in the time to come.
