Talented chefs from both at home and overseas showcased 50 creatively crafted egg dishes during the festival.

Visitors had the opportunity to indulge in a variety of egg-based delicacies, including the spicy egg dish prepared by Chef Roy Lesmana from Indonesia, the rolled young egg with piper lolot leaf and shrimp cake served with fragrant leaf sauce from the Northwestern region by Chef Kim Ngoc Lan, owner of Beef Kim Ngoc Lan, a Western European-styled restaurant, and the smoky tea deviled eggs created by Chef Nguyen Van Hung from Marriott Hotel.

One of the festival's objectives was to set a record with "50 creatively crafted egg dishes," and it achieved this feat with the participation of 40 chefs and culinary enthusiasts from different provinces and cities across the country. Notably, the festival also featured the "Give Eggs, Receive Love" program, which aimed to support less fortunate children from Binh Minh Special School (Hanoi).
