According to Prof. Hoang Chuong, Director General of the Center, the project to introduce traffic culture to the community through mass media and in art forms has been conducted by the Center for Research, Conservation and Promotion of Vietnamese Ethnic Cultures since 2010. Applying the art forms to the generalization of the traffic culture plays a key role in helping residents understand better the impact of traffic law violations and raising public awareness of traffic law and their responsibility while participating in traffic.

Over the past year, thousands of articles reflecting traffic culture have been published on newspapers; ten comedy shows, and four long dramas on traffic culture have been broadcast on television. The center also hosted many folk art programs such as “Xam” singing, “Chau van” singing, “Quan ho” singing and others on the subject.

Every year, the center launched a children’s painting contest to raise their awareness of traffic culture.
