The set includes a stamp and a stamp block, with the sizes of 37x37mm and 110x90mm respectively, designed by painters Pham Trung Ha and Nguyen Du of the Vietnam Post Corporation (Vietnam Post).

The stamps will be sold at post offices nationwide from May 15, 2021 to December 12, 2022.
