A programme on Japanese cuisine has been launched at Sheraton Hanoi Hotel from April 4 to 14 with the participation of Shinhachiro Umehara, a well-known Japanese chef from the Sheraton Ocean Resort, Miyaki.

Various famous Japanese dishes such as Miso soup, Sushi seafood, Nanban fried chicken and others from many areas in Japan have been presented at Oven D’or restaurant, Sheraton Hanoi Hotel.

The skilled Japanese chef with a large knowledge of cuisine will prepare the dishes. He started cooking when he was very young. In 2005, he became the director of Japanese cuisine at the Sheraton Grand Ocean Resort.
