The annual festival usually takes place in March in Vietnam to welcome spring and bring happiness to everyone. The event, a traditional festival of the Hindus in India, is very popular among non-Hindu people in other countries, including Vietnam.
At the festival, participants threw colored powder at each other, while enjoying Indian music and cuisine. Previously, the festival took place in Ho Chi Minh City on March 23rd.
