Phnom Penh emerged as the most visited destination, attracting over 2.86 million. It was followed closely by Siem Reap, Kampong Cham, Prey Veng, and Battambang.
The ministry attributed the rise to a series of vibrant Songkran events held nationwide, along with the peaceful and stable environment.
Chol Chnam Thmay is the most significant annual celebration in Cambodia - home to over 5,100 pagodas and over 90% of population practicing Buddhism.
