Art exhibition marking reunification anniversary held in Hanoi
PANO - The Department of Fine Arts, Photography and Exhibition, the Department of Culture and Arts, the Vietnam Fine Arts Association and relevant agencies and units jointly organized an art exhibition on April 23 in Hanoi in celebration of the 50th anniversary of the South Liberation and National Reunification Day.
The exhibition showcased 50 works, including paintings, graphics, sculptures, and sketches, highlighting the historical significance and great value of the Great Spring Victory 1975.

Visiting the exhibition, art lovers have an opportunity to recall the great victory of our military and people in the resistance war against the U.S. imperialists. The artworks on display at the event are tied to the South Liberation and National Reunification Day. Through these exhibits, the organizing panel would like to convey to the public a message of love for the homeland, national pride, and revolutionary tradition of the Vietnamese people.
Many works displayed at the exhibition are by generations of painters, sculptors, and veteran artists who have made significant contribution to the development of Vietnamese fine arts. In addition, the exhibition attracted the participation of famous artists and sculptors, such as sculptors Hoa Bich Dao, Dinh Gia Thang, Nguyen Phu Cuong, and contemporary artists, including painters Nguyen Truong Linh, Dao Quoc Huy, Mai Xuan Oanh, to name but a few.
The exhibition will run until May 8.
