The food industry is one of the most promising sectors in France. France ranked the sixth in the world in terms of food and beverages (F&B) export with an export value of USD 67 billion in 2015. The country also holds the third place in terms of the F&B trade surplus, enjoying USD 13,6 billion of trade surplus. Between 2010 and 2015, French exports of F&B products increased by 207%.

Several French brands and innovative products will be presented at the French pavilion at the Food & Hotel Vietnam 2017. Visitors will have opportunity to discover new French F&B products on the French market, dynamic and creative trends and new special flavors that French companies bring to the fair.

Visitors will also learn more about the French gastronomy via non-alcoholic beverages, dairy products, delicatessen, beef and poultry  meat, and fish, canned goods, bakery and pastries, and processed fruits.
