The main space of the festival was the stage on Nguyen Tat Thanh Street. Audiences were feasted with a number of typical performing art programs such as street performances, world peace concerts, and grand music festival.

Apart from impressive performances of artists and actors, other events within the first international performing arts festival were an international discussion under the theme “Developing Phan Thiet into an international training and performing arts center,” and a training course on performing art skills.
