The Spring Press Festival features 12 local press agencies, along with central press agencies that maintain representative offices and resident correspondents in the city, including the Central-Central Highlands Region Bureau of the People's Army Newspaper.

The nine-day event offers a wide range of dynamic and engaging activities, including exhibitions of spring press publications, books, documents and press photos; the introduction of more than 1,000 new and notable book titles; seminars, talk shows and author–reader exchanges centered on reading culture; as well as artistic performances, documentary film screenings, poetry–music nights, and various experiential activities and games for students and readers.

The festival aims not only to honor journalism and publishing achievements but also to foster a sustainable reading culture, encouraging lifelong learning and creative thinking among citizens, an essential foundation for Da Nang City’s aspiration to become a knowledge-driven and innovation-oriented urban center.
