PANO - The horse racing festival, an important event among the H’Mong ethnic group in Lai Chau Province, will be held at the Culture-Tourism Village of Vietnam Ethnic Minority Groups in Hanoi.

The festival is part of the three-day festive “Colours of Spring across the country” which will be the venue of ethnic minority groups of 9 provinces since February 15th (the 16th day of the first lunar month).
The racing will attract participation from some 40 people and 15 horses.
