An art performance at the opening ceremony

Artistic performances at the opening ceremony retraced the history of Muong Thanh land from the very beginning days of conquering the nature to the struggles against foreign invaders.

The five-day event is launched to welcome the 65th anniversary of Dien Bien Phu Victory, and the 110th anniversary of the province’s establishment. During the program, various activities such as cultural exchanges, beauty contest, and sports competition will be held.
