He has donated blood 10 times (eight in Laos and twice in Vietnam). Since his first year at the university, he has eagerly been engaging in its blood donation campaigns.

Teng Seangmany understands the urgent need for blood among patients, stating that blood donation is a voluntary act that transcends nationality. He believes that even a small blood donation could bring hope and life to those in need, viewing it as a deeply humanitarian act that embodies the moral principle of "loving others as yourself."

After each blood donation, Teng Seangmany feels fulfilled and happy, knowing he has contributed to saving lives. He takes pride in helping others and finds joy in the impact of his contribution on patients. As a Lao cadet living and studying in Vietnam, he has expresses his willingness to donate blood to support Vietnamese patients, believing that his contribution could make a difference.

In addition to donating blood, Teng Seangmany has actively encouraged his fellow cadets to participate, raising awareness of the benefits of blood donation and how to maintain good health afterwards.

More importantly, he views blood donation as a meaningful act of kindness, believing that giving love begets love in return.

Voluntary blood donation relies on community participation. It is a process of spreading compassion and humanity, making life more meaningful for everyone.
