Over the week-long event, 300 exhibits categorized into various thematic groups and artifacts will be on display, including historical documents and legal evidence affirming Vietnam's sovereignty over the Truong Sa (Spratly) and Hoang Sa (Paracel) archipelagos; the care of the Party and State leaders towards officers, soldiers, and people on the Fatherland's frontier islands; the beauty of Vietnam's sea and islands; and the daily life of officers, soldiers, and people on the islands and DK1 platforms. In addition, it highlights the Vietnam Lawyers Association's participation in legal struggles to protect Vietnam's sovereignty in the East Sea (South China Sea), activities of the association’s working delegations, images of the activities of leaders and local people of Khanh Hoa province visiting the Truong Sa Archipelago and DK1 platforms, and several artifacts related to the national sea and islands.

In his opening speech, Nguyen Van Quyen, President of the Vietnam Lawyers Association, stated that through this program, the association aims to call upon Vietnamese people nationwide to continue to support troops of the Vietnam People’s Navy, border guard, fisheries surveillance and coast guard forces, fishermen, and residents living in border areas and on islands.

The association also calls upon lawyers and people nationwide to strongly condemn any violations of Vietnam's sovereignty in the East Sea and the country's border areas. Additionally, the program aimed to mobilize the comprehensive strength of the national unity bloc to protect the Party, Government, and people, as well as to safeguard  independence, sovereignty, and sacred territorial integrity of the Fatherland.
