The contest had two rounds. The first round took place online from September 16 to 20, with the participation of over 10,000 students from eight secondary schools in Nha Be district.

In the second round - the live final, 100 top contestants from the first round competed in the “Ring the Golden Bell” gameshow. Contestants answered multiple-choice questions on national sea and islands, the Vietnam People’s Army and Vietnam Coast Guard, regulations against illegal, unreported, and unregulated (IUU) fishing, and history, culture, and geography of the locality.

As a result, Phan Nguyen Nhu Quynh, a student from class 9A1 at Phuoc Loc Secondary School, won the first prize. The organizing panel also awarded nine second, third, and consolation prizes to other outstanding contestants.

On this occasion, the organizing panel awarded 15 bicycles and 60 scholarships, worth VND 1 million each, to needy students with good academic outcomes in Nha Be district.
