Bac Giang hosts exhibition on Hoang Sa, Truong Sa
PANO - An exhibition titled “Hoang Sa, Truong Sa (Paracels and Spratlys) of Vietnam: Historical and legal evidence” opened at the High Command of Army Corps 2 in Luc Ngan district of Bac Giang Northern province.

The exhibition, which is organized by the
Ministry of Information and Communications in collaboration with the Bac Giang provincial authorities and Army Corps 2, starting from November 24, features historical evidence
confirming that the Hoang Sa and Truong Sa archipelagos belong
to Vietnam.
On showcase are documents issued by
the Vietnamese feudal dynasties from the 17th to 20th century and research of Vietnamese
and international scholars, along with maps, images and atlases published by
various foreign countries, asserting Vietnam’s sovereignty over the Hoang Sa and Truong Sa
archipelagos.
The event is part of the activities to
raise public awareness and responsibility of Vietnamese people, especially
youths in protecting the country’s sovereignty over Hoang Sa and Truong Sa.
