According to local statistics, from February 14 to 19 (the 27th day of the twelfth lunar month of 2025 to the third day of the lunar year of 2026), Ninh Binh welcomed 1,362,408 visitors. Of these, domestic tourists accounted for more than 1.1 million arrivals, while international visitors reached 229,260. Total tourism revenue was estimated at over VND 2 trillion.
These impressive figures during the Tet holiday not only demonstrated the strong appeal of the ancient capital destination but also reflected the clear recovery and acceleration of the local tourism industry.
At renowned attractions such as the Trang An Scenic Landscape Complex, Bai Dinh Pagoda, and various eco-tourism areas, visitors have continued to arrive in large numbers from early morning.

Boat piers have been busy, and sightseeing areas lively but orderly and safe. Transportation, accommodation, and catering services have operated at full capacity, creating a vibrant but well-organized and professional rhythm of activity.
In the coming days, numbers of visitors to the province are forecast to continue rising as a series of major festivals are set to take place, including the opening ceremony of Bai Dinh Pagoda Festival, the opening of Tam Chuc Pagoda Festival, Vieng Market, the Rice Distribution Festival at Tran Thuong Temple, and the Seal Opening Ceremony at Tran Temple.
The synergy of eco-tourism, spiritual tourism, and traditional festivals is expected to further boost visitor numbers during this spring season.
