Delivering a report on the results of coordination in recent years, Senior Captain Luong Xuan Giap, Deputy Political Chief of Naval Region 4, expressed deep gratitude to the Party and State for their attention, compatriots and troops, the fund and club’s members, and sponsors nationwide for their heartfelt support. He emphasized that the meaningful support not only helped improve the lives of servicemen’s families, but also served as a great source of encouragement to personnel of the Naval Region 4 and naval units at Cam Ranh Base to focus on their duties and successfully accomplish all assigned tasks.

Pham Luu Kim Thao, a ninth grader of Ngo Thoi Nhiem Primary, Secondary and High School, and an outstanding national youth representative in 2025,  daughter of Non-commissioned Lt. Commander Pham Thanh Hai, a communications staff member at Station 575, Regiment 451, emotionally shared that these meaningful scholarships helped her and many other students overcome difficulties, continue striving in their studies, and improve themselves to become good children and good students, contributing to a brighter future for their homeland and the country.

After the scholarship presentation, the delegation visited and exchanged with troops of Brigade 146, Brigade 957 under Naval Region 4, and Submarine Brigade 189. The delegation, led by Truong My Hoa, former Vice State President, and head of the fund and club, extended greetings and encouragement to troops, acknowledging their efforts to overcome hardships and high combat readiness while steadfastly safeguarding the nation’s frontline day and night.

On this occasion, the delegation presented 2,000 national flags, sports equipment, televisions, cloth for making traditional ao dai, and some protection gear to naval troops.
