Vietnam, Cambridge University promote educational cooperation
PANO – The Management Board of the National Foreign Language Project under the Ministry of Education and Training (MOET), on March 29, held an online ceremony to sign an agreement on the renewal of the Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) on cooperation with the Cambridge Assessment International Education.

In the MoU, the MOET is responsible for national education reform programs in foreign languages.
Speaking at the event, Deputy Minister of Education and Training Nguyen Huu Do affirmed that the MOET always encourages and creates the best opportunities to promote the relationship between Vietnamese and British education institutions, as well as closely cooperates with the university to enhance the teaching quality in Vietnam, and the quality of foreign language teaching in particular.
Also, he added that the two sides agreed to expand cooperation until January 2022.
Particularly, the two sides will work together to improve the effectiveness of teaching the English language and other subjects in English; provide information about international certifications for teachers and students; organize training programs, conferences, and seminars on learning and teaching English, as well as tests to assess English levels and other subjects taught in English.
