A charitable art programme named “Light up love and compassion” at the Ho Chi Minh City’s theatre will be broadcast live on VTV1 at 10a.m on November 26.
This is an opportunity for people to express their sympathy to the disadvantaged. Either Vietnamese or foreigners can donate directly to the fund supporting these people through telephone number 8183.
The art programme, is held by the Vietnam Red Cross Society (VRCS), on its60th founding anniversary with the financial assistance from KeyHinge Toys Vietnam, Lai Thieu Feed Mill and Bank for Agriculture and Rural Development.
After 5 years’ operation, the Support Fund for Agent Orange victims under VRCS has collected 23 billion VND and assisted more than 220 victims.
