The project aims to provide child care, career guidance, and vocational training for children aged 15-16, support their families, and develop a network of child support facilities to help them secure employment and stabilize their lives, with a goal of ensuring that no child is left behind.

According to Vice President of the association Pham Dinh Nghinh, the project will be implemented across the city, with a priority on supporting street children and those working on the streets. It will offer vocational training, job placement assistance, and support for building stable lives over a period of four years (2024-2028), with a budget of nearly 12 billion VND (488,800 USD).

For children in public social protection centers, the project will help meet individual needs that the centers cannot fulfill, such as finding homes for children, assisting them in family reunification, and stabilizing their lives after returning home.

For those in private facilities, it will prioritize supporting the ones in charitable classes, and those facing difficulties in the community who work during the day and attend school at night, Nghinh stated.
