More meaningful gifts to needy people in Da Nang
PANO - Responding to the call of the State Bank and the People's Committee of Da Nang city, representatives of the Military Commercial Joint Stock Bank (MB) on August 6 donated VND 5 billion to support localities to purchase COVID-19 testing reagents.
Over the past time, MB has joined hands with the State Bank and the community in organizing social security activities, and in implementing anti-COVID-19 programs.

Earlier, in March, MB provided the Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front VND 10 billion to prevent COVID-19 from spreading and saltwater intrusion in the Mekong Delta. Besides, it also held many practical and meaningful programs to share difficulties with businesses as well as individual customers affected by the COVID-19 pandemic.
The same day, representatives of Central Retail Group in Vietnam presented 10 tons of vegetables and fruit to the Department of Labor, Invalids and Social Affairs of Da Nang, and the city disease control center to support people involved in COVID-19 prevention and control work.
All of these vegetables and fruits are similar to the products being sold at Big C supermarkets.
Earlier, through the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Da Nang city, representatives of Central Retail Vietnam Group also presented 20,000 medical masks and 300 bottles of antiseptic water to support doctors and nurses and health staff on the front-line in the battle against the disease.
