CJ Group donates VND 1.8 billion to COVID-19 fight
PANO – The CJ Group of the Republic of Korea (RoK) donated 3,600 gifts, worth VND 1.8 billion in total, to the Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front (VFF) on June 10.
At the event, Vice President of the Central Committee of the VFF Truong Thi Ngoc Anh received the gifts from Consul General of the Republic of Korea to Vietnam Jeong Woo Jin.
Speaking at the ceremony, Mrs. Anh expressed her thanks to the Korean people and businesses in Vietnam for their assistance to the Vietnamese Government in the COVID-19 fight.

She stressed that supports from foreign businesses in Vietnam have contributed to improving the effectiveness of Vietnam’s disease prevention and control, stopping the spread of the SARS-CoV-2 virus in the community, and raising people’s trust during the COVID-19 fight.
Mrs. Anh hopes that RoK’s businesses in Vietnam will continue to contribute to the country’s socio-economic development as well as its COVID-19 prevention and control effort in the time to come.
