MobiFone wins “Best customer service”
PANO – The International Data Group (IDG) in association with the Radio and Electronics Association of Vietnam (REV) launched a teleconference themed “Promoting digital economy based on mobile broadband: Vision and technology solutions” on March 27.
At the event, delegates reviewed the results of a survey on customers’ satisfaction of telecommunication services in Vietnam.

Also, the Vietnam Mobile Telecom Services One Member Limited Liability Company (MobiFone) was honored with the award of “the mobile network operator with the best customer service”.
In addition, participants also discussed matters related to the development of the telecommunication sector in Vietnam, collaboration among mobile operators, State management agencies, and digital technology providers.
