Since the first cases of COVID-19 were reported at the beginning of 2020, the pandemic prevention and control forces of Nam Lanh and Muong Lan border guard stations have kept guarding around the clock to prevent illegal border crossings while actively combating  different kinds of crimes along the borderline of Sop Cop district.

Presenting gifts to troops of Nam Lanh Border Guard Station

Meanwhile, the border force worked closely with the local authorities to promote information dissemination about COVID-19 prevention and control.

The delegation presented gifts, worth VND 35 million, including 3,500 face masks, antiseptic liquid, food and other necessities to border troops performing their duties at six fixed and four mobile checkpoints of the Muong Lan and Nam Lanh border guard stations.

These meaningful gifts will encourage on-duty border troops to overcome their difficulties and accomplish all assigned missions.
