PANO – The “Fund for needy and minority ethnic students keen on study” on December 25th presented 100 bicycles to needy minority ethnic students in Lang Son province.

Addressing the ceremony, Chairman of the fund Truong Hoa Binh, Chief Justice of the Supreme People's Court of Vietnam, hailed the efforts of Lang Son province in promoting education and training. To further facilitate the schooling of needy minority ethnic students of the province, the fund had mobilized financial sources from organizations and individuals to donate 100 bicycles to the needy students. He hoped that the recipients this time would continue their efforts in learning, striving to become good citizens to further develop the province.
Also on this occasion, the Chairman of the fund asked the leaders of the province to pay more attention to education institutions and facilities of the province, especially those in remote and hard-to-reach areas so that more needy students could enjoy similar support.
