On this occasion, the Defense Trade Union, the Corps 15 Command, and Company 72 presented 371 gifts to union members and workers of Company 72.

Specifically, the Defense Trade Union presented 110 gifts, worth VND 500,000 each; the Corps 15 Command gave 80 gifts, worth VND 300,000 each; Company 72 provided 181 gifts, worth VND 400,000 each.

Company 72 also plans to present 142 gifts to workers facing difficult circumstances.

Currently, Company 72 is tasked to manage, care for, and exploit a rubber plantation spanning 5,973.2 hectares, employing more than 2,000 workers. In 2024, the company exceeded its production, revenue, and profit targets. Particularly, the company implemented many policies and initiatives to improve living standards of union members and workers. They allocated more than VND 3.6 billion for lunar New Year bonuses and meal support during holidays.

Additionally, nearly 1,700 workers and staff received medical check-ups and social insurance treatment.

Siu H’Som in the production team No.2 of Company 72, was one of the workers receiving support from the company. According to Siu H’Som, most of the workers of Company 72 are from remote areas, ethnic minority regions, and border areas. While the company’s leadership, commanding officers, and trade unions at all levels have made significant efforts to improve workers' lives, they still face many difficulties.

Therefore, the gifts given at the event held important significance, serving as timely encouragement to motivate workers to stay focused, continue to work hard, and strengthen their commitment to building the company and their local communities.
