Seizing the trend, Nhat Tien Chung IT Telecoms Co., Ltd. (NTC) and XOR CLOUD., Jsc. (XOR CLOUD) have collaborated to develop with NVIDIA's high-performance networking products and solutions, including AI-certified servers, high-performance accelerators (GPUs), data processing unit (DPU), and next generation networking and connectivity technology (SmartNIC). XOR CLOUD will use these products and solutions to build an AI cloud solution (AI Cloud), allowing customers to easily develop AI with flexible resources, responding to business changes.
The agreement is the result of the efforts and desire of both sides to bring customers the most advanced and efficient solutions in the field of artificial intelligence (AI) and accelerated computing, based on cloud computing technology.
At the signing ceremony, Mr. Ho Vi Dai Nghia, CEO of NTC, and Mr. Nguyen Vinh Nam, CEO of XOR CLOUD, shared a common view on the domestic IT trend with a focus on cloud-based computing platforms and AI applications, exploiting the potential of the growing amount of data across industries. NTC, with 18 years of experience in providing IT infrastructure and being a senior partner of leading providers in the field of cloud computing and high-performance computing (HPC) such as NVIDIA has been and is working hard to participate in and promote this transformative wave in the Vietnamese market.

The leaders of the two sides agreed to cooperate comprehensively from building solutions and product packages, expanding business to training teams in order to provide more products and services to their partners and customers in the future. Specifically, NTC will cooperate with XOR CLOUD to implement the development of dedicated AI cloud computing solutions, products, and services, providing a completely new choice for AI application developers with the advantages of flexibility, resource optimization, and consumption-based payment models.
On the basis of the agreements in principle and direction, NTC and XOR CLOUD will build action plans and implementation plans to achieve the goals that the two sides have agreed upon.
The two sides affirmed the strategic, long-term, and comprehensive cooperation relationship between the two companies in order to enhance the reputation and brand of both sides.
