A new road costing 758 million VND (47,375 USD) has been opened to traffic in Thanh Commune, Huong Hoa District, in the central province of Quang Tri.

The one-kilometre Pa Lo Vac Road is the Van Kieu community’s only macadam thoroughfare in the district.
