An Giang’s Team K93 searches for martyrs’ remains in Tinh Bien

Immediately after the launching ceremony, the unit deployed forces to focus on the search in Phu Hoa hamlet, Tinh Bien ward.

Team K93’s troops grasped the tasks before setting out.

Simultaneously, the team closely coordinated with local Party committees and authorities to disseminate information and mobilize residents to provide information on martyrs’ graves, while conducting field surveys to verify suspected locations in key areas.

According to the plan, Team K93 will conduct searches in 24 areas across 13 communes and wards in An Giang province, focusing on former fierce battlefields during the war in Vietnam. The unit expects to find and collect approximately 40 sets of martyrs’ remains.

Team K93’s troops offer incense to heroic martyrs before carrying out the mission.

The search operation, combining manual methods and mechanized means, is scheduled to last from December 25, 2025, to February 6, 2026.
