While taking the patient ashore, trawler BTh 96671 TS experienced axle problem in the waters of Binh Thuan province and could not move, so the trawler’s owner contacted the mainland and asked for help.

Having been reported on the incident, the center contacted the trawler and provided health consultation for the patient. However, since the patient’s condition worsened, the Vietnam MRCC sent rescue ship SAR 413 and medical team from the Ba Ria – Vung Tau provincial Border Guard Command to conduct the mission.
