The program was jointly organized by the Central Committee of the Vietnam Association of Victims of AO/Dioxin, the Green Leaf Charity Fund of Dong Cao Pagoda (Thai Binh province), Thai Nam Property Management and Development Joint Stock Company, and the Associations of AO/Dioxin victims in Hai Duong and Thai Binh provinces.
In Hai Duong, the organizing panel presented 100 gift packages, worth VND 700,000 each, to AO victims in the districts of Binh Giang, Thanh Mien, and Gia Loc while in Thai Binh province, the organizers gave 100 gifts to AO victims in Thai Thuy and Kien Xuong districts.
At the event, local authorities and benefactors expressed their hope that in the coming time, there would be more enterprises and individuals accompanying the program to support AO victims and needy people to stabilize their lives.
* On the same day, the Lam Dong provincial Military Command held a ceremony to start the construction of a gratitude house for the family of a national contributor in Dang Rach village, Gung Re commune, Di Linh district.
Earlier, the provincial Military Command proposed to the Military Region 7 Command to approve the construction of a gratitude house for the family of Mrs. Thai Thi Thanh, the wife of martyr Phan Xuan Suu.
The MR7 Command deducted VND 80 million from the command’s gratitude fund to support the house construction. Meanwhile, the Di Linh district People’s Committee donated VND 50 million.

Colonel Tran Huu Linh, Deputy Political Commissar of the Lam Dong provincial Military Command, shared that the house was a meaningful gift, showing the sentiment of MR7’s armed forces and troops of the provincial military command towards local people.
During the construction, the local armed forces will support the family to complete the house as planned, so that they could quickly stabilize their life.
