According to Colonel Le Hong Dang, Commander of the Chuong My district Military Command, troops of the unit have always been standing by the locals during these flooding days, helping evacuate them and their properties to safe places. “Now that the flood water is receding, we are carrying out plans to help the locals clean the environment and prevent diseases,” he said.

In the coming days, the military command will continue mobilizing troops to help the locals resume production and  normal lives. Below are a number of images recorded in the two communes of Nam Phuong Tien and Tan Tien.
