Knowing about this situation, the Tran Van Thoi district Military Command has mobilized its troops to help people protect their properties and harvest their agricultural produce.

* From early on the morning of October 2, troops of Tam Hop Border Station under the Nghe An provincial Border Guard Command assisted the locals to harvest rice and evacuate them to safer places. They gave priority to help needy people and families with fewer members first.
