Troops help flood-hit communities in Dien Bien province rebuild homes

As of September 5, the provincial military command had completed the construction of 54 houses and the repair of 97 others (including 20 fully repaired). At present, the armed forces of Dien Bien province are accelerating construction and repair work for families whose homes were damaged by natural disasters, helping them to soon stabilize their lives.
