The program educated Army Officer Candidate School No.2 personnel on national traditions of gratitude, honoring the sacrifices of previous generations. It also expressed the school's appreciation to the authorities and people of Phuoc Vinh, the border commune that sheltered the institution during its wartime origins.

In addition, the units jointly presented one “Great Solidarity” house, organized contests on making chung cakes and tet cakes, and conducted free medical examinations, health consultations, and medicine distribution for more than 450 local residents. The total cost of the program amounted to nearly VND 420 million.
