He emphasized that caring for people with meritorious services and policy beneficiary families is not only to take care of the resources for national development but also to carry forwards the moral tradition of “when drinking water, remember its source,” a vivid testament to the superiority of the socialist system. Therefore, Party and State leaders, the Politburo, and the Secretariat always devote time to being with the people, especially policy beneficiaries and workers facing hardships, to express gratitude, honor their contributions, and strengthen the close bond between the Party and the people.
The official asked the local Party organization, authorities, and people to build on past achievements and achieve greater results. He stressed the need to embrace higher level resolutions and those of the Gia Lai Provincial Party Congress for the 2025-2030 term and to unite in will and action, be creative and decisive in implementing policies for national and provincial development.
On this occasion, Gen. Nghia presented 300 gift packages, each worth VND 2.5 million, to policy beneficiary families and disadvantaged households in the province.
The same day, Gen. Nghia and the central delegation visited policy beneficiary families in Khanh Hoa province.
Speaking during the visit, Gen. Nghia expressed his pleasure at the province’s socio-economic development and its thoughtful care for people’s livelihoods, especially the locality’s mobilization of resources to ensure people’s living conditions and social welfare.
He hoped that Khanh Hoa province would continue paying attention to and ensuring good policies for national contributors, leaving no one behind. He urged military units to continue accompanying the people, guide them in developing the economy and in building a good cultural life, helping develop an increasingly prosperous and beautiful Khanh Hoa province.

On this occasion, Gen. Nghia and the delegation also presented 300 gifts to local national contributors, policy beneficiary families and workers.
While in Khanh Hoa province, the delegation visited wounded soldier Nguyen Thanh Phong, heroic Vietnamese mothers Vo Thi Duc and Le Thi Minh Thuy. At each family, Gen. Nghia extended his wishes for their health, asked about living conditions and expressed token of gratitude to them for their great contributions and sacrifices for national liberation and protection.
